Maxi is an energetic pup who is happy to sleep inside with his humans or sleep outside on his bed. He loves to run around in a big yard with his toys. He would be suited to a home with no children as he tends to jump when excited and a home with a secured 6ft fence. He responds to basic commands such as ‘sit’, ‘shake’ and can almost ‘lay down’ but will need someone who is willing to give him the time and train him. When he is inside he doesn’t jump up onto furniture, he is quite happy to just lay on the floor or on his bed. He will need someone who will slowly introduce him to new places and public areas as he is most comfortable in the space of his own home. Maxi is a ladies man and is more comfortable around females than he is males but after a few days warms up to them when he realises he can trust them.
Maxi is desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, wormed, vet checked, flea and tick treated. He is in foster care and is now ready for adoption. Please call 0409 184 685 between 10am-4pm Monday-Friday and 9am-4pm Saturday/Sunday to arrange a viewing.
To adopt you will need photo ID, proof of residence, as in a current rates notice or a rental agreement showing approval to have animals, as well as vaccination and desexing records for any current pets you may already own.
