Misty is an excitable but otherwise rather low energy dog who loves to chill next to you either outside or on the couch. She’s got some trust issues, however time and treats will fix this but we have noticed she does prefer female company. Once she’s settled into a new home she opens up and will talk to you and tell you about her day when you come home from work. She happily stays outside, but loves the thug life on the couch even more.
She knows basic commands and would benefit greatly from further training. Misty gets quite anxious in the car and on the lead. Misty is not good with cats and is okay with kids over 10. She needs proper slow introductions to other dogs as she hasn’t had much socialisation in that regard.
Misty will make the perfect companion for any family with time on their hands to give her the love, training and attention she craves.
Misty is desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, wormed, vet checked, flea and tick treated. Misty is in foster care and is now ready for adoption. Please call 0409 184 685 between 10am-4pm Monday-Friday and 9am-4pm Saturday/Sunday to arrange a viewing.
To adopt you will need photo ID, proof of residence, as in a current rates notice or a rental agreement showing approval to have animals, as well as vaccination and desexing records for any current pets you may already own.
