Howard is a confident little boy who loves to play with his foster friends and the cat toys. He will follow you around the house and be apart of whatever you’re doing at the time. Howard is great with other cats and is now ready for adoption.

To adopt you will need photo ID, proof of residence, as in a current rates notice or a rental agreement showing approval to have animals, as well as vaccination records for any current pets you may already own.
